The AIMA/AIHCP Membership Verification capability is available for all AIMA and AIHCP members.

This tool works on a special download of membership information from AIMA HQs, and is only as good as of the date of the latest download. Memberships processed after that date will NOT be reflected in a query. Please look at the date listed on the main Query page. Updates to the basic data from HQs wil be obtained on a regular basis.

The Last Name should be entered as it appears on the AIMA Membership. The software attempts to "interpret" what was entered, and does a surprisingly good job for most misspelled names or names where a letter has been omitted or transposed. (The typical kind of entry errors.)

You MUST enter the Membership number correctly. The software is NOT designed to "interpret" your entry in that field.

Old, expired memberships (more than a year or so) are NOT maintained in this tool. If a membership expired long ago, it will show up as an invalid Membership number or unrecognizeable last name.
